Spa Sydell Gift Cards

Spa Sydell gift cards are the perfect way to give the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation!

Purchase in-spa, by phone, or online. For phone and online orders, choose between a physical card shipped to you or a digital copy sent via email.

Please review before purchasing a gift card to be shipped:

Gift cards are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to arrive). If you don’t receive it within that timeframe, call us at 404-255-7727.

E-gift cards are subject to a 15–30-day verification period, during which they cannot be used.
The gift card recipient will receive their e-gift card via email, along with any custom message from the purchaser.

A gift card allows the recipient to choose the treatment that best meets their health needs and aesthetic goals.

Gift cards are valid for all services, including Day Spa, Med Spa, and Wellness Program offerings.

Gift cards never expire. However, bonus cards issued during gift card promotions have set activation and expiration dates.

Unfortunately, you cannot use gift cards for gratuity.

We offer refunds on gift certificates within 30 days of purchase.
To get a refund, you must return the gift certificate along with the original receipt to one of our spa locations.
Refunds will be processed at spa locations only.
If the gift certificate was purchased with a credit card, we will issue credit to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
No credits will be issued to any other the original card used to make the purchase.
Refunds for cash or check purchases will be issued by check from our corporate office within 21 business days.
No refunds will be made in cash at any of our locations.
After 30 days, gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
We only honor gift certificates purchased from our call center, spa locations, or online.
We enter valid gift certificates into our system to protect our clients.
Lost or stolen gift certificates are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
For e-gift cards, the 15-30 day verification period means the gift card is not usable during that time.

You may redeem only $50 worth of bonus cards per visit (standard gift cards can be redeemed in any amount).
Lost or stolen bonus cards are the purchaser’s responsibility. No refunds or credits will be issued for them.
Bonus cards have no cash value.
Bonus cards come with predefined validity dates. Our payment system will not process expired bonus cards.
