Dr. Herbert Kollinger
Doctor Herb Kollinger, well known in the medical spa industry and by his numerous clients as "Dr. K," is a master injector for fillers and neurotoxins as well as Kybella for dissolving fat in the chin and jowl area. He is the Chief Medical Officer with Atlanta's Spa Sydell, and one of the first trained surgeons in Atlanta for Qwo, a permanent resolution for dimpling associated with cellulite of buttocks and outer thighs. His warm personality coupled with his knowledge of facial structures and attention to detail helps keep customers looking young and coming back for more. For those that are new to injections and fillers, Dr. K takes time to prep them on what to expect throughout the process. Because of the certified technicians and professionals like Dr. K at Spa Sydell, men and women can enjoy standard spa services like massages and facials along with all of the latest anti-aging innovative treatments.

Nurse Cheryl has been with Spa Sydell for over 10 years. She has over 25 years of experience as aesthetic injector. Cheryl is certified in dermal fillers for Facial Enhancement and Facial Anti-Aging Treatments using products. Nurse Cheryl has received Advanced Esthetics certification by Merz, the maker of aesthetic injectables.

Whitney specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers and Kybella. She prides herself on her ability to perform profile balancing injectable procedures. In addition, she has perfected her signature lip technique and loves transforming lips. She develops individualized treatment plans for every client in order to yield the most beautiful, balanced, natural result. Using a combination of techniques, she is able to achieve a result that you will love and will keep you looking like your best self. When she isn’t injecting, Whitney spends her time with her two daughters, Lilly and Baylor. Come see Whitney at our Buckhead location and let her bring out your best features.

Meet our newest injector, Natalie Jackson.
Originally from Atlanta, Natalie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Health Education & Science at The University of Georgia. She then went on to receive her nursing degree at Georgia Perimeter College. Natalie began her career in ER/Trauma at Grady Memorial Hospital, she says “it was unforgettable and invaluable”. Natalie then worked as a travel nurse to explore California and add more skills in pediatrics, OR, and finally back to Atlanta at Northside Hospital in Labor & Delivery. All of these experiences led Natalie to pursue her passion for helping people in Aesthetics & Integrative Medicine to promote the importance of confidence and healthy aging as a nurse injector. (Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Kybella, skin rejuvenation, lasers, and medical grade skincare). Natalie’s focus is on guiding you in refining your skin and appearance to help you feel like the best version of yourself!
Nazar is one of our Lead Laser Estheticians at Spa Sydell and loves helping clients find the perfect treatment plan to fit their needs. Nazar graduated from ISSN (International School of Skin and Nails) in 2012 and was led to Spa Sydell by her passion for knowledge and drive to excel in esthetics. She not only has her laser license, but is certified in CoolSculpting, Venus Freeze, Posh, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, HydraFacial and Microdermabrasion. Nazar loves to help her clients accomplish their most natural look by taking advantage of the latest technologies we have available today and she is motivated by the results her clients achieve from her treatments.
Lauren Nee is our lead Aesthetician at Spa Sydell Buckhead. She is a Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Cosmetic Laser Technician and Body Contouring Specialist. She graduated from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in Atlanta, GA. Lauren is certified in all of our advanced treatments. Her favorite treatments are those that are results driven, including Laser procedures, Microneedling, Hydrafacial, CoolSculpting, Venus, and Ultherapy. Lauren is currently working at our Buckhead location Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Azita is one of our Lead Estheticians who has been with Spa Sydell for over 10 years and is passionate about any-and-everything anti-aging. Azita has a bachelor’s degree in education and her love of helping people is what drove her to pursue esthetics. With a strong pull to anti-aging services, she has equipped herself with the knowledge of how to perform the most cutting-edge services, from Chemical Treatments, Microdermabrasion and Oxygen Infusion to Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Fibroblast (Plasma Pen), and Microblading (permanent brow artistry). Her favorite service is the Age Delay (anti-aging) Hydrafacial because of the results she sees in her clients’ skin. Azita is currently working at Alpharetta.
Kelly has been with Spa Sydell for over 8 years and has worked in many different facets of the med-spa industry. She has a deep understanding and appreciation for aesthetics and loves to customize a plan for each client. Kelly graduated from Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics and is a licensed laser technician, is certified in microneedling, and trained in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Venus Freeze, and Coolsculpting. She is passionate about skin care and is committed to helping her clients achieve long- lasting results and better overall skin health. Kelly is also dedicated to health and fitness and loves rock climbing, cooking and reading in her spare time. Kelly is currently working at our Alpharetta location.
Sun earned an esthetician license in 2011 from ISSN. Her employment at Spa Sydell began shortly afterwards in 2012. She now has a laser certificate, microneedling certificate, hydrafacial certificate, and is a certified practitioner of diamond microdermabrasion, dermaplane, and peels. Sun’s favorite service is diamond microdermabrasion, but she also enjoys hydrafacials, microneedling, and dermaplane. Outside of work, she spends time cooking, shopping, and swimming! Her schedule is Wednesday thru Sunday at the Buckhead Spa Sydell.
Elena is an Esthetician at Spa Sydell and has been in the industry for almost 20 years. Elena graduated from ISSN (International School of Skin and Nails) in 2001 and has been with Spa Sydell for 19 years. She loves helping clients to look and feel more beautiful and putting a smile on their faces. Elena says she loves all the services she does-HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, etc., as well as waxing. She believes every client has a perfect fit for their needs, and she loves helping them with that discovery. When she has free time Elena enjoys traveling, reading, and gardening. Elena is currently working at the Perimeter Spa Sydell on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Lisa Melina worked as an Esthetician when she lived in France. After being a flight attendant for 20 plus years, she decided to keep her feet on the ground and work in a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. She is most passionate about traveling, nature, and animals, specifically dogs. Lisa has a sweet little Chihuahua named Lina. Lina puts a smile on her face every day and loves her unconditionally, as Lisa loves her. She enjoys performing all types of services Spa Sydell offers, but microneedling and dermaplane are two of my favorites.
Jurate is originally from the country of Lithuania she came to the US in 1999. She became a licensed esthetician in 2005 and has been with Spa Sydell for over 10 years. Jurate feels there is nothing more satisfying than helping a client with their skin concerns. She believes having the opportunity to work with people up close and personal helps to build lasting relationships and trust. Jurate enjoys performing all types of esthetic services Spa Sydell offers. Although the HydraFacial and Microdermabrasion are two of her favorites as she has seen amazing results with these advanced aesthetic services.
Stephanie has worked at Spa Sydell for almost 2 years. She’s a licensed esthetician and received her license from Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics. She is also a licensed Cosmetic Laser Technician and is Hydrafacial Certified and Microneedling Certified. She loves helping her clients see results, and especially loves all of our advanced Hydrafacial treatments. When not at the spa, she spends her time with her two girls and fur babies. Stephanie is working at our Buckhead location.
A'niyah graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy. Her journey began when she suffered from post-partum depression and strived for a positive change in her life. “This was the BEST decision I ever made”. During her massages, she always put her client’s needs first. Once she lays hands on a client, they are instantly connected. She stays grounded through positive thoughts which help guide her to perform successfully. A’niyah combines several modalities into one unique style designed to get the best therapeutic results to fit the client’s needs. A’niyah believes regular bodywork and energy are the key to living up to your fullest potential which is what her massages provide.
Anthony has been a team member at Spa Sydell since 2010. He believes that God enables each of us a gift for serving others to uplift each other, our community and our world, and his calling is massage therapy. He is grateful for the many who have allowed him to be a part of their healthcare journey by way of touch. His journey began through athletics, martial arts and a general interest in fitness and health. He began his career with a Reflexology Certification in 1999 and graduated in 2001 from the prestige Swedish Institute in New York. He worked in Orthopedic Rehabilitation doing Medical Massage alongside Physical Therapy and Acupuncture before moving to Atlanta in 2009 In addition to Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Medical, and Trigger point therapy, he also utilizes techniques from other modalities such as Shiatsu and Thai massage to provide a customized integrative approach for his clients to address the mind, body, and spirit in a unique way that produces effective pain management and permits the mind to ease, the body to relax, and the spirit to soar. Anthony’s other areas of interest include meditation, Qogong, TaiChi, Yoga, Woodworking, walks in nature, move, theater and the arts. Anthony works at our Buckhead location Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.
Charles is a Massage Therapist and has been with Spa Sydell for over 15 years. He is known for giving his clients the ultimate experience of relaxation and applying remarkable technique. Charles attended the Atlanta School of Massage and has been certified in performing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, etc. Playing football introduced Charles into the art of massage. After experiencing the healing touch of muscle therapy, Charles began to pursue this path for his career. The satisfaction of Charles’s clients is what motivates him. Charles believes that a great massage is a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and understanding what every client needs. Charles is passionate about connecting with his clients through communication and fluidity which he describes is the most rewarding. Charles states, “Relaxation is an art, and getting a massage is the perfect way to master that art.” Charles is currently working at our Spa Sydell Perimeter location Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Felicia Weston has been a massage therapist for twelve years. She is naturally committed to the quality and positive outcome that she gives to her clients. She loves meeting new people and making sure they feel comfortable with her. Her great passion is bringing relief and healing to her clients. She knows that no single approach is right for every individual, and so she's been trained in a wide range of modalities, such as deept tissue, reflexology, pre-natal, and lymphatic drainage. Prenatal is the type of massage she enjoys most. Massage has many benefits, not just the relief of stress or loosening of tense, sore muscles. Its beneficial for your mind, body, and spirit. When your mind body, and spirit are in harmony, Felicia says, happiness is our natural result. Felicia works at our Buckhead location Wednesday through Saturday.
Kelli Porter is one of our newest premier massage therapists at Spa Sydell. Kelli graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge Ma in 2002 with over 900 hours of hands on therapy. She is well versed in many massage techniques, from relaxing and rejuvenating, therapeutic Trigger Point, to restorative Craniosacral. With over twenty years of experience, Kelli maintains that each massage is unique as each person presents with their own story enfolded between their skeletal-musculature system. Kelli enjoys working with prenatal clients as the client is often adapting to their new reality and body, needing relief and rebalancing. Kelli's current hobbies are chess, Spanish and piano. She is an enthusiastic traveler having visited over seven countries over four continents, looking to add more adventures once covid-19 has been contained. Kelly is currently working at our Buckhead location Thursday through Sunday.
Mitch is a Massage Therapist at Spa Sydell who helps clients having issues with muscle pain, tension, and those who just want to relax. Mitch attended the Atlanta School of Massage and graduated in 2001. He has since been certified with the National Board and has added further certifications to his repertoire, such as Certified Medical Massage Practitioner Masters Level and Neuromuscular Therapy. Mitch’s pursuit of massage therapy comes from an innate attraction to the art of massage. He feels an immediate satisfaction from helping clients through his healing touch and feels there is no higher compliment than when his clients tell him “That was fantastic; the best massage I’ve ever had!” Mitch’s areas of expertise include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). He believes better health—mind, body, spirit—starts with regular massage. When not at the spa helping clients, Mitch also enjoys working out and reading history and geography.
Marc first began his sports massage education at the Anadolu University Physical Education and Sports Faculty in Turkey. He studied Kinesiology and Sports Science which helped propel him into therapeutic and athletic massage. In addition to his college degree, Marc is also a 2012 graduate of ASHA (Academy of Healing Arts), where he received certifications in Swedish, Clinical Sports and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). He is passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind. He can provide an invigorating deep tissue sports massage for fatigued, sore muscles post-workout. He also specializes in working with clients for injury rehabilitation as well as assisting in migraine and tension-related headache relief. Or he can simply help you forget about life stresses for an hour with a relaxation-focused treatment. Marc works Wednesday through Sunday alternating between both the Perimeter and Buckhead locations.
Nicole has been a therapist for over 15 years. She received her training at St. Louis College of Health Careers. She specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release, but also enjoys lighter modalities and energy work. Nicole is passionate about her work as a massage therapist and loves bringing clients not just physical healing, but emotional healing as well. She believes that listening to each client’s body and understanding its intricacies is a road map to their overall well-being. In addition to massage therapy, she is a mother of three, and also feels a calling to music as a trained classical singer. Nicole currently works Wednesday, Saturday, and Sundays at our Buckhead location.
Pam is one of our Lead Massage Therapists at Spa Sydell who helps clients with a wide range of needs, from pain to tension to simply relaxation. Pam has been a Massage Therapist for over 9 years and has studied Pre-Natal, Myofascial Release, and is currently a Reiki II and a certified Medical Massage Practitioner. She believes everyone benefits from touch in some way. Pam remembers her mother working three jobs and one of her first memories being massaging her back after a long day of work. Becoming a Massage Therapist has been a fulfillment of Pam’s calling. Her favorite service is a 90-Minute Deep Tissue Massage. Pam believes everything is connected in some way and pain does not always have a physical form or cause, and massage therapy can be much more than a time for relaxation. Pam is currently working at the Alpharetta Spa Sydell on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Lead Massage Therapist
Scott is the lead Massage Therapist at Spa Sydell and specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. Graduating from Atlanta School of Massage in May 2014, he has been working in the field ever since at Spa Sydell. Scott has certifications in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. He enjoys the profession and his extensive practice ranges from working on clients who suffer from plantar fasciitis of the feet to tension/migraine headaches of the base of the skull. Scott strongly believes bodywork is mutually beneficial to mind and body, easing tension from both physical and mental sources. He feels the most rewarding aspect of his job is tailoring each service to the client in front of him and seeing his clients make progress toward overall wellbeing. Scott is currently working at the Perimeter Spa Sydell on Sundays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Sharon has been a licensed massaged therapist for 12 years. In her view, a massage is a tranquil experience for a client to feel the natural work for the body and its healing. Sharon enjoys being a massage therapist to help relax and soothe the anxiety, stress, and day to day struggles a client carries. Her favorite massage technique is Hot Stone. Hot Stone provides all the health benefits and is an effective alternative to medicated stressors. Sharon specializes in a gentle and firm touch to pertain to all clients and their specific needs.
Tanya has been a licensed massage therapist for 16 years. Tanya has superior knowledge in Neuromuscular therapy, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stones, and additional body treatments. She delivers a technique that will bring a client the ultimate satisfaction with stimulating energy to the stressors indicated in the body. Her favorite massage is Deep Tissue and Swedish. For Tanya, this is a customizable massage to address every client’s preference and needs. Helping our clients to feel indestructible and painless is Tanya’s passion that she continue to deliver every day.
Tim graduated from Rising Spirt Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, and has been a master Massage Therapist for 20 years. He specializes in the art of healing and strives to enhance every massage for not just relaxation but a meaningful experience. Tim began his journey as a massage therapist after a friend acknowledged his skills and realized he had a gift. After learning more about the anatomy of the body and techniques including Sports Massage, he was invested in beginning a career in this industry. Tim has no specific type of massage to be considered his favorite. He believes that every massage is special in its own and enjoys serving his clients through his therapeutic touch. If there was a service Tim enjoys the most it would be in Neuromuscular therapy and Sports Massage. Tim’s expertise has guided him into assisting high quality massages and satisfied clients.
Wil Weems has worked as a certified neuromusculartherapist full time since 2001. He trained at the Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health which focuses on healing the body using a holistic approach. As a professional neuromuscular therapist his goal is to help as many people as possible heal their body through the science of touch in a caring and compassionate environment. He believes massage therapy not only offers healing for the body, but also is beneficial in healing the mind and spirit. Each service Wil performs is tailored specifically to help his clients achieve improved homeostasis. His favorite service is our 90 minute massage and the 90 minute customized hot stone massage. This service allows him the time and creativity to achieve maximum relaxation and reduction of pain and stress from everyday life. In his spare time, Wil enjoys skiing, biking, and martial arts. He loves having fun in nature, hiking, and spending time with his children and grandson. He particularly likes an occasional chess game and lives by one of its key slogans: "Make your next move your best move!" With 20 years of experience Wil continues to look forward to every massage and offer the opportunity for growth and healing. Wil works Wednesday through Saturday at our Buckhead location.

Carol Mayumi Hawthorne has been with Spa Sydell since March 2001. Ms. Hawthorne has been a certified, Georgia licensed Neuromuscular massage therapist for twenty three years. She is Board Certified through the National Certified Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and an approved Continuing Education Provider through NCBTMB. Currently, Ms. Hawthorne teaches massage and is the Massage Clinic Coordinator at Gwinnett College, Lilburn campus. Ms. Hawthorne is also a certified esthetician. Ms. Hawthorne holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mental Health, specializing in Rehabilitation Counseling from the State University of New York of Buffalo. Ms. Hawthorne is also a member in good standing with American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), Georgia Women Entrepreneur Network (GWEN), Georgia Bodywork Association (GABA), Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD), and the National Certified Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
